What counts as a client?
A company or brand you create content for and send to for approval. Two brands you work with separately count as two clients.
When does a client start counting?
When you send the first content to a client for approval. Preparing drafts is free. Clients beyond the ones included are added to your monthly price.
What happens when I stop working with a client?
Deactivate the client in Kolla. It stays active until your next monthly renewal, and you can change your mind before then. After that it is no longer counted and can be deleted.
Do you charge per reviewer?
No. Multiple reviewers can approve for the same client without a per-person fee.
Do team members cost extra?
No. Invite your whole team. Up to 25 members are included.
How does the free trial work?
Your trial runs for 14 days from account creation. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. Activate clients and try the approval flow within the trial resource limits.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Your subscription continues until the end of the monthly period you have paid for, then stops renewing.
